Q: I would like to know if its possible to book a Los Angeles city tour for the same day of arrival after we do the check-in process at the hotel. I would like to visit LA, but is not included in this package.

Unfortunately most of our LA City Tours depart early in the morning.
You would need to add an additional day to your travel to be able to attend a LA City Tour.
Hotel check-in time is usually after 3pm.

The only difference between the 2 tours is the rim of the Grand Canyon that the tour visits.
The tour you are interested in visits the Grand Canyon South Rim.
The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is owned and operated by the US government under the National Park system.
The West Rim of the Grand Canyon, on the other hand, is owned and operated by a Native American Indian Tribe.
The West Rim offers the helicopter excursion, while the South Rim at this time does not.
